Equipment Overview

This is a tungsten tube type atmosphere electric furnace based on the Super Burn series, which has been highly evaluated and trusted in various fields. This furnace is used for research and small lot production, and for firing and heat treatment in various gaseous atmospheres and vacuum.

  • In addition to nitrogen, up to 4 types of inert and reducing gases can be selected as options (atmosphere, N2, argon, ammonia, hydrogen, oxygen, vacuum, etc.). Corrosive gases such as chlorine gas, however, are not supported.
