Equipment Overview

This equipment is used to remove binders (solidifying agents) from ceramic molding materials and injection-sintered metals. It is an atmospheric pressure degreasing furnace capable of removing binder at temperatures as high as 600°C while minimizing the occurrence of defects such as cracks and fissures. In addition, a function that allows the furnace to be used in an inert gas atmosphere can be added.
