Equipment Overview

The system consists of an inlet gas displacement section, preheating section, heating section, slow cooling section, cooling section, and outlet gas displacement section.
Specimens are transported by high-precision controlled roller conveyors, and ceramic rollers are used in the high-temperature zone.
Silicon carbide (SiC) heating elements and high-purity alumina board insulation are incorporated in a unique furnace structure for efficient firing in a high-temperature atmosphere.
The furnace atmosphere can be varied from atmospheric air, nitrogen, nitrogen + hydrogen, wet/dry, and other stable gases by employing a gas displacement section at the inlet/outlet,
In addition, the use of a unique gas curtain allows for separate atmospheres in each zone of the furnace, making it possible to meet a wide range of firing conditions for various types of specimens.
The furnace is suitable for heat treatment of electronic components, secondary battery materials, and various ceramics.

    Heater is placed horizontally above and below, and the upper and lower circuits are divided.
