Equipment Overview
This electric furnace is a mesh belt transfer type heat treatment furnace. It is best suited for production lines for pressure film sintering, glass sealing, strain removal, and various annealing processes in a gas atmosphere or in air, and for research and development. In addition, this mass production furnace can continuously perform brazing, reflow, glass sealing, sealing, and various reduction processes in an atmosphere of nitrogen, hydrogen, or mixed gases.

This equipment is also thoroughly energy-saving, and the use of ultra-lightweight, highly insulated boards has reduced power consumption and CO2 emissions by approximately 20% compared to our conventional products.
