Various filter applications in hydraulic systems
○ Flushing
- Removal of particles that could cause serious accidents from hydraulic systems.
- Removal of particles that may cause wear before operation of the hydraulic system.
- To extend the life of the filters used.
Pressure side filter
- Prevent particles generated by the pump from entering the system.
- It serves as a last-chance filter that removes its destructive particles and protects other components in the event of a major pump accident, and removes particles from the circuit.
Return line filter
- Remove particles generated from hydraulic components and particles entering from outside.
- Improve the overall cleanliness of the system.
Air breather
- Installed on the reservoir tank to prevent contamination from entering the tank at the same time as the air being sucked into the tank.
- Some of them are also used as a refueling port and function as well.
- Select a product with high collection efficiency and porosity.
Offline loop filter
- Insufficient flow rate in the inline filter to maintain cleanliness.
- Hydraulic systems when inline or return lines cannot be adequately pressurized or are impossible to install.
- Necessary to maintain cleanliness in hydraulic systems where there is a very large influx of dirt.
Protection filter
- Installed just before a component (e.g. servo valve) that is very sensitive to contortion.
- Reduced wear.
- Stable valve operation.
- Prevention of system damage (Installation of non-bypass type filters)
