MOTOYAMA Test Center
Our test center is located in a separate building near our main factory in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture. We have over 30 test machines and various utilities to help our customers develop new materials and new products more quickly. We can handle a wide range of tasks, from prototyping and testing to production simulations. Our dedicated test center staff will assist you with your testing, so please feel free to contact us for any inquiries.
Types of equipment and available tests
We have a wide variety of equipment, ranging from small batch-type experimental furnaces to roller hearth continuous furnaces, rotary kilns, glass-related furnaces, and fuel cell power generation evaluation equipment.
Using this equipment, we can conduct tests in vacuum, air, and various atmospheres (nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, ammonia, dry/wet). We can also perform various tests according to your needs, such as heating, firing, degreasing, and drying, over a wide temperature range from RT (room temperature) to 1850°C.

- Please use the "Motoyama Test Center" (MTC) for demonstration tests of various electric furnaces and industrial furnaces before introducing them into production equipment.
