Equipment Overview
Designed for firing heavy samples such as metals. Large workpieces (samples) are placed on a special flat cart that can withstand heavy loads and moved on rails to be carried into the furnace. Workpieces can also be loaded onto the special flatbed truck by using an overhead lift.
The front door is large and has a push-button switch to open and close the door.
Main applications
Firing of heavy metal objects, etc. Preheating of molds, heat treatment of electric cables, etc.
Features
- This furnace is specially designed for heavy-duty baking, and can be used for heat treatment of workpieces weighing up to 5 tons.
- The door opens and closes automatically, so there is no need to touch the door when opening or closing it when hot.
