Equipment Overview
- This is a tray type firing furnace in which specimens from the previous process can be aged sequentially because specimens can be loaded and unloaded for each tray. Firing time can be set for each tray.

Small quantities of workpieces from the previous process can be sequentially placed in the furnace for heat treatment. - Firing time can be set for each tray
Since each tray can be loaded and unloaded individually, baking time can be set as desired, allowing for evaluation of different samples and test pieces.
It supports time setting for each tray, time-up display, sample presence/absence display, etc.
The trays are small and suitable for aging electronic components.
