Equipment Overview

  • Inert gas (N2 or Ar) is introduced into the furnace to perform drying and heat treatment under program control.
  • Oxidation-resistant samples can be heat-treated at low oxygen concentrations of 20 PPM to 1000 PPM (0.1%).

Main applications

Heat treatment and degreasing of products. Prevention of oxidation of metal products, etc. Hardening of resin materials, etc. Heat treatment of electronic parts, etc.

  • Low oxygen atmosphere specification with inert gas (N2 or Ar). This is ideal for customers who need to control oxygen concentration.
    Ideal for specimens that require heat treatment while minimizing oxidation. Our original design allows for improved sealing and an oxygen concentration of 20 PPM.
  • Nitrogen gas is introduced into the system, so heat treatment can be performed in a clean environment.
  • Inert gas (N2 or Ar) can also be used in conjunction with the temperature program.
  • Explosion-proof specifications are also available. (with explosion vent, etc.)
  • Water-cooled forced cooling system (optional) is also available to speed up the descent time.
  • Even when operating at 600°C, the safe design with a surface temperature of 50°C or less ensures safe use.
