Equipment Overview
- This is a forced exhaust type heat treatment furnace with ample power for heat treatment while ventilating.
- During heat treatment, a certain amount of gas or binder can be ventilated from the sample.
- When gases are generated from the sample, heat treatment can be performed while discharging the gases.
- The exhaust blower can be operated during the temperature drop to introduce outside air to shorten the temperature drop time.
Main applications
Capacitor de-moistening, capacitor degreasing, paint drying, heat treatment of rubber, heat treatment of fluorocarbon coatings

forte
- Equipped with sufficient heater capacity.
- Heat treatment can be performed while ventilating, and unwanted gases are removed from the tank.
- The temperature drop time can be shortened, thus reducing process time.

Equipment Overview
- Equipped with sufficient heater capacity for heat treatment while exhausting all air.
- Because it is not a hot air circulation type but a total exhaust type, any gas or binder generated from the specimen is exhausted in one direction. Therefore, binder generated from the sample does not adhere to the sample or to the heater.
Main applications
Heat treatment of rubber, heat treatment of fluorine coatings, etc., heat treatment of specimens that generate solvent gas

forte
- Special construction prevents hot air passing through the furnace from contacting the heater.
- Since hot air does not circulate inside the furnace, binder and other materials do not re-attach to the sample.
- Even if flammable gases are generated from the sample, they do not come in contact with the heating heater because of the total exhaust system, thus enhancing safety.
- Compared to the hot-air circulation type, the total exhaust type requires a larger heater capacity, resulting in higher electricity costs.
