Equipment Overview
This dryer is designed for heat treatment of specimens that tend to emit gases containing solvents when heated. To facilitate ventilation during heat treatment, the dimensions of the supply and exhaust holes are larger than those of a normal dryer. In combination with an optional deodorizer using a platinum catalyst, it reduces odors from sample exhaust gases, thereby minimizing adverse effects on the surrounding environment.
Main applications
Teflon firing, carbon heat treatment, grinding wheel firing, drying of resin coating, moisture drying, and curing of coating materials.
