Equipment Overview
This is a multi-compatible electric furnace in which a tungsten tube of high-purity alumina is inserted from the back of the atmospheric furnace, and the inside of the tube can be fired in various atmospheres. Atmosphere, humidification, vacuum, pressurization, degreasing, various atmospheres, oxygen concentration control, etc. are available.
