Equipment Overview
This system is a mesh belt conveyor type atmosphere type electric furnace. The heating element uses a unit heater that combines a metal heating element and alumina board, contributing to thermal efficiency and energy saving. The heating element uses a metal muffle case to accommodate various gas atmospheres. An air insulation layer is provided between the insulation material and the exterior to keep the exterior wall temperature low, and a full-cover case is used for the exterior to ensure a safe design with all mechanical parts built into the case.
