Batch Type Small Rotary Kiln

Equipment Overview

The rotary kiln is an electric furnace with a core tube penetrating inside a tubular furnace, which is supported at both ends and rotated to efficiently heat samples. By rotating the core tube, the rotary kiln can achieve uniform firing of samples, shortening the firing time, reducing power consumption, and simplifying the work process, which cannot be achieved with conventional electric furnaces.

Batch Type Small Rotary Kiln

use

  • Firing of small-quantity, high-value-added samples.
  • For testing and evaluation as a preliminary step to consider a large rotary kiln for production.
  • As a processing raw material, it is expected to be applied in various fields such as derivative materials such as electronic ceramics, battery materials, phosphors, and photocatalysts.

forte

  • By rotating the furnace tube, powder samples can be fired while being stirred.
  • The core tube can be closed at both ends with silicone stoppers for simple atmospheric use.
  • The core tube can be easily replaced to suit the sample.
