Equipment Overview
This is a tungsten tube type atmosphere electric furnace based on the Super Burn series, which has been highly evaluated and trusted in various fields. This furnace is used for research and small lot production, and for firing and heat treatment in various gaseous atmospheres and vacuum.
feature
- Various atmospheres are easily obtained at high temperatures
- Furnace body, control unit, and tanman tube support frame are compactly integrated into a space-saving type.
- Furnace body with higher energy-saving performance compared to conventional products is used.
- By removing the tanman tube, the furnace can be used as a standard box-type atmospheric furnace, making it a highly versatile configuration.
- Equipped with a vacuum exhaust system, it can be used as a vacuum furnace and can also be used for higher purity atmosphere specifications.
- Simple-to-operate touch panel for monitoring and control allows graphical program input and various monitoring functions.
- Temperature data can be transferred from the standard USB port to a PC via USB flash memory for paperless recording.

option
- In addition to nitrogen, up to 4 types of inert and reducing gases can be selected as options (atmosphere, N2, argon, ammonia, hydrogen, oxygen, vacuum, etc.). Corrosive gases such as chlorine gas, however, are not supported.
- Vacuum displacement (manual)
- Vacuum atmosphere specifications
- Thermocouples for temperature distribution measurement or sample measurement (2 pairs or less)
- Oxygen Concentration Measurement
- Exhaust gas combustor
- Explosion Vent
Other special requests can be accommodated, but some options may not be available for combined production, so please contact us for details.
