Experimental carbonizing furnace

Equipment Overview

This equipment is a small furnace that can be operated continuously at 1000°C. A metal case (muffle case) is attached to the furnace, and inert gas is introduced to carbonize and sinter wood and other materials in a non-oxidized state. Moisture, products, dry distillate, etc. generated during the process are collected in a tank set at the bottom of the furnace. This is a high-performance experimental carbonizing furnace that can be used for many types of wood.
