Equipment Overview
This equipment is a small furnace that can be operated continuously at 1000°C. A metal case (muffle case) is attached to the furnace, and inert gas is introduced to carbonize and sinter wood and other materials in a non-oxidized state. Moisture, products, dry distillate, etc. generated during the process are collected in a tank set at the bottom of the furnace. This is a high-performance experimental carbonizing furnace that can be used for many types of wood.

Equipment Features
- Non-oxidizing sintering can be done by a simple operation.
- Energy-saving design with excellent thermal efficiency.
- Space-saving design with integrated furnace body, control unit, and tank.
option
- Temperature Recorder
Various types (analog, digital, hybrid) are available for recording heat treatment - Independent Over-temperature Protection Device
Safety is further enhanced by duplexing the detector end for overheat prevention and the alarm meter. - Explosion Vent
- deodorizer
