Oxygen Sensor for Carburizing Furnace
Carbon Potential Type

Feature
- Measurement of oxygen partial pressure in the furnace during heat treatment in a high-temperature atmosphere in a carburizing furnace, calculation of carbon potential (CP)
- Equipped with burnout air inlet holes as standard
- Optimize control and adjustment of oxidizing and reducing gas quantities in bright heat treatment of metals
- High reliability and quality stability
- Products are accompanied by verification measurement data (All products are tested for product accuracy)
- Highly corrosion-resistant Inconel is used for the protective tube
- Standard lengths of 600, 800, and 900 mm are available. Non-standard lengths are also available.
- Compatible with your existing oxygen sensor
Double oxygen sensor
- Double-element type was developed for automotive and other applications requiring high precision in heat treatment processes.
- Oxygen concentration control and monitoring at the same location, which further improves reliability.
→ Quickly detects sensor malfunctions. Reduces trouble in the heat treatment process.
- Co-location of oxygen and temperature measurement reduces measurement error.
- Special mechanism allows mounting on vacuum furnaces
